The pants, shoes and bracelets are very cute but I am not digging the top and other accessories.

I like it all, except for the bell bottoms. I have never liked 'em.

I like the things individually but I think together it is too much maybe and of contradicting styles

Both the top and pant--together--is too much, they both have a flare to it and in order to balance one has to be opposite. There's the sailor look and bohemain look, you can't have both. You are trying to catch too many styles at once. You have both studs and earrings, and they do not compliment each other. Plus, the bag is TOO furry.
Alternative: Tailor shirt or pant to complimant the other, clutch, MINUS the headband, gold studs--b/c theres alot in the shirt-- and non stappy shoes.
